Eating late Also Make You Fat

Weight loss program is not just a matter of choosing healthy foods and low in calories but also eating the right time. Despite being on a diet, do not make it a habit to forget the lunch hour because it can actually make your weight go down hard. 

Researchers from Brigham and Women's Hospital, Tufts University, and the University of Murcia, Spain, found that eating on time can help reduce weight in 20-week diet period than it likes to eat late.

The participants were divided into two major groups. The first group will have lunch before 15:00 and the second group ate the after hours.
